Frequently asked questions
How do you create my child's character?
You describe your child's appearance — hair, eyes, skin tone, favorite outfit — and our team crafts a reusable animated character from that description. No photos needed.
What story themes can I choose from?
We offer 20+ themes — from being brave and trying new things, to potty training, bedtime, dinosaurs, kindness, counting, and more. See them all on our Themes page.
What's the private YouTube channel?
My Hero Series and FrontStack Kids Club include a private, unlisted YouTube channel with a custom name of your choice — a safe, shareable home for all your child's videos.
How long are the videos?
Each personalized cartoon is a 1-minute MP4 you can download, keep, and share.
Can I cancel the Club anytime?
Yes — FrontStack Kids Club is month-to-month and cancellable anytime, no questions asked.
What if I need it fast?
Add 48-Hour Rush Delivery for $29 to jump the line and get your video priority-processed.
